* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below to 45 below 
  possible at times, especially during the overnight and morning 
  hours.

* WHERE...Harding, Northern Perkins, Southern Perkins, and Ziebach.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
