* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...In Iowa, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, 
  Pottawattamie, Shelby, and Monona Counties. In Nebraska, Burt and 
  Thurston Counties.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. 
  Where temperatures are below freezing, moisture may freeze onto 
  untreated surfaces and lead to a few slick spots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of 
distance ahead of you.
