...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 
NOON CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation is expected. Total snow and sleet 
  accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around one 
  tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Brooks, Jim Hogg, and Zapata Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will begin as rain before 
  transitioning into freezing rain around midnight switching to 
  sleet/snow by the predawn hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in 
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
