* WHAT...Visibility 1/2 in freezing fog in the valley near  Las 
  Cruces.

* WHERE...Southern Dona Ana County/Mesilla Valley.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. 
  Freezing fog will cause patchy black ice on elevated bridges and 
  overpasses. Use caution on roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
