* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Coahoma County in northwestern Mississippi...
  Southwestern Panola County in northwestern Mississippi...
  Quitman County in northwestern Mississippi...
  Tallahatchie County in northwestern Mississippi...
  Western Yalobusha County in northwestern Mississippi...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 1144 AM CDT, emergency management continued to report 
  widespread flooding across the warned area due to early morning 
  thunderstorms. Redevelopment of additional storms is possible this 
  afternoon. Travel is discouraged across Tallahatchie County. 
  Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen since midnight across 
  Tallahatchie County with slightly lower amounts in the surround 
  areas. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Clarksdale, Charleston, George Payne State Park, Tutwiler, Marks, 
  Lambert, Crowder, Webb, Sumner, Pope, Vance, Paynes, Belen, Enid, 
  Dublin, Scobey, Oakland, Courtland, Lyon and Glendora.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
