At 1231 PM CDT, numerous reports of ongoing flash flooding continue across the Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Moore metro areas. More than three inches of rain have fallen. Although rainfall has subsided, runoff continues to result in flash flooding. Flood waters are moving down low water crossings and low lying areas. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
